For this project, our goal was to look for a problem or challenge that we are facing currently and to challenge ourselves to bring up a business plan to solve the problem.

We focused on the car service in NYC. After some research, we faced a problem about the safety of women car service application. Our mission was to ensure women’s safety by providing a car service app created by women and for women. 

​

We developed 'birdie' after many research methods, such as interviews, surveys, etc. Additionally, we focused on the research on present car service apps such as Uber and Lyft and figured out the problem of them developing and differentiating 'birdie'.
